Today we came home from the cabin with lots of pan fish to cook. Wanting to stay away from the traditional frying technique, we remembered how great Sabrina had prepared pan fish from Hickory last summer. So Kyle cooked them up with lemon wedges, garlic cloves, tomatoes, onion, olive oil, cracked pepper, and our home-grown basil . All baked on a foil lined sheet for about 20 minutes. From lake to stomach in less than 24 hours. So deliciously Minnesotan.
